There are many different ways therapy can be helpful. Often there is an assumption that something is wrong with you if you enter into therapy and I think just the opposite.

Therapy offers a unique confidential relationship that works to help you understand yourself, your needs and your experiences on a deeper level and ultimately helps you then to make better and healthier choices and live with more vitality and authenticity. Chances are that you have been through difficult times in your life and for whatever reason you are having trouble accessing those strengths that got you through those times. In our work together I will help you to do that again. Therapy might include mindfulness and meditation strategies, cognitive strategies or deeper insight related work.
